Bill Kemper discusses his work on the Rocky Flats Cleanup Commission in light of his earlier work as a radiological safety monitor at the time of the Bikini Island atomic bomb tests. He and Jim Stone describe some of the contamination problems that occurred at Rocky Flats, such as the problem with plutonium in the duct work and the improper forming of “pondcrete,” and the False Claims Act suit filed by Jim Stone after he lost his job at Rocky Flats after whistle blowing activities.
