This interview is a follow-up to a prior conversation recorded in 1998. Jim Kelly talks about current negotiations for benefits and compensation that would apply to retired or disabled Rocky Flats workers. He expresses concern over shoddy recordkeeping by plant management, which has hampered workers? ability to prove their involvement in contamination incidents. Kelly also addresses the hazards and risks that are contingent with the site?s ongoing cleanup.
This interview is part of a series of interviews about the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant.
