Elizabeth Black has been president of the League of Women Voters of Boulder Valley, as well as head of voter services and membership secretary. In this interview she describes her involvement in the organization from the perspective of each of those roles, plus she discusses issues such as changes in membership, the impact of the Internet on the organizaiton, leadership training provided by the League, and dual missions of voter education and issues advocacy that form the basis of League activities.
